Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Harrir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
• The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Intimate apparel and underwear
• Swimwear
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging

4. How to Request a Return

You can request a return directly from your account on our website or mobile app:

• Go to the Orders page in your Profile section
• Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
• Choose the specific item(s) and submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery
• Our team will manually review your request and approve or reject it
• You will be notified of the decision and next steps via email

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• If the item was received damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
